Password problem

I reinstalled my pc and now it does not remember my password for this site anymore. And aparently the pass I though was correct isn't. I tried the forget password thingy but it tells me to both my e-mail adresses that they are not linked to my account so I can not recover the pass. What should I do?

make another user here and send someone who is admin the details on PM
